on time. that is traffic. back to you guys. >> thank you. >>> president obama continues his public push for the new programs outlined in his state of the union address a couple of nights ago. he will head to detoday your, georgia, today to tour a pre- kindergarten classroom there. he called for universal preschool for american children. yesterday he toured a manufacturing plant in north carolina to show the need for an increase in the minimum wage from 7.25 to 9.00 an hour. >>> it's the end of the line for an elementary school in san bruno. leaders voted last night to close down crestmoor elementary school. students will be shifted to other campuses in the district. the superintendent proposed closing the school due to low enrollment and budget cuts. >>> corrosion of an old pipe is now being blamed for the massive fire at the chevron refinery in richmond last august. government investigators conclude the company knew the pipe was compromised and should have replaced it. chevron says it's now inspecting every pipe susceptible to the same corrosio
